WHY WE LOVE OUR HOME...
The location can't be beat! It's approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown SLC, close to the I-215 & I-15 on-ramps, and minutes away from the Legacy Parkway on-ramp. The home is located on one of a few cul-de-sacs in the Foxboro North Subdivision. The circle is the most coveted cul-de-sac in the subdivision because of its tight-knit, friendly neighbors who live on the street. Hillingdon Court, with it's diverse neighbors, is known for celebrating with summer movie nights, BBQ's, marshmallow roasts, firework shows, fall pumpkin decorating parties, Christmas parties, etc. The folks on Hillingdon Court take care of each other. Neighbors are always willing to help out with whatever one needs, whether it's loaning a tool, putting in another's sod, moving furniture, babysitting, or shoveling snow for those who can't. We love that our home is nearly new. As the original owners, we built our home with lots of upgrades. And just recently, the flooring, microwave, and dishwasher have been replaced, as well as new paint throughout the home. We have one of the neighborhood's favorite yards, and are always complimented on it's beauty. We love sitting on the porch swing, cuddling up with a good book or watching the sun set.
